insa vreau sa citesc Anna karennina si mandrie si prejudecata. Charlie si fabrica de ciocolata cred:)) insa nu stiu cand o sa mai am timp pt asa ceva. vara asta ma apuc de romanele pt bac:)) nu stiu daca am citit 2 din tonele pe care le avem:))

Lista asta mi se pare ca are nu numai multe goluri, ci si multe carti in plus. Spre exemplu, Harry Potter nu e must-read in viata unui om indiferent cum il iei. Stapanul Inelelor, in schimb, chiar mi se pare ca isi are locul acolo; este una din cartile fundamentale ale fantasy-ului, spre deosebire de HP.

O lista de 100 de cărți e prea puțin. Vă recomand enciclopedia 1001 de cărți de citit într-o viață apărută în limba rom la ed Rao.


Ce aș mai vrea să menționez Lord of the Rings este obligatorie pentru cei ce se auto-denumesc fani fantasy, altfel nu ai cum să înțelegi literatura fantasy!

In primul rand se scot "Harry Potter" si "Regele inelelor" de acolo ptc nu sunt opere fundamentale care sa fie demne de-a intra in acest top. Sunt niste tampenii pt copii si comerciale, care sunt usurele rau :|

Am găsit pe scrib o listă de 1000 de cărţi care trebuie citite într-o viaţă, eu vă recomand să aruncaţi un ochi pe listă, o să găsiţi multe titluri interesante, eu când nu mai am idei mă mai uit peste ea să văd ce aş mai putea citi.

"Regele Inelelor" ? Stapanul inelelor, poate. Si, doamne, cred ca daca cineva numeste Stapanul Inelelor "usurica", "tampenie de copii" si "comerciala" nu a citit cartile. :| Harry Potter E in esenta ei o carte usurica si pentru copii, si sa ii zicem si comerciala, dar la naiba.

O carte nu trebuie sa fie filozofie pura pentru a "opera fundamentala". O opera fundamentala defineste un curent, un gen, trebuie sa o citesti a sa intelegi de unde au plecat altele. Like it or not, Lord of The Rings e cartea care defineste genul high fantasy. :|

But what about Winnie The Pooh? Aia e chiar carte de copii, si totusi e pe lista. Dar Terry Pratchett? Philip Pullman? The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy e oricum numai serioasa nu, si da, e usurica, dar e brilliant. Nu spun ca aia de la BBC sunt geniali, si eu as scoate cate ceva de pe lista asta, truthfully, dar toate sunt carti care merita citite pentru simplul fapt ca sunt importate in literatura universala.
